Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

What interests you about serving on the ICF Minnesota Board of Directors?

The opportunity to connect with other coaches and to be of service to others. I am excited for this time in the ICF’s history. The work that the Mirror team is embarking on excites me. I like that the organization is being progressive and is not afraid to admit when they may need to pivot or change. I love coaches and what they do for the world and I want to give back to coaches as so many have given back to me.

What skills and strengths do you believe qualify you for this board position?

My signature strength of connection. I am a natural at this and will use this ability to draw more coaches to the ICF and hopefully more opportunities for our coaches. I effectively use my head and heart to navigate and make decisions. I can be analytical if needed and I don’t shy away from the hard conversations. I am a strategic thinker who also has a sense of humor that allows me to connect even deeper.   I am an innovator and I get things done. I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and do the work. I also have over 20+ years of leadership experience in a Fortune 50 company and over 10+ years in the Non-Profit space. My love of learning and my desire to be an advocate for change are also qualities that should help further the mission of the ICF MN.
