Description:
Coaching is about movement-guiding clients from where they are to where they want to be. However, true transformation requires more than goal-setting; it requires awareness of what's in the way. This interactive CCE workshop, Moving Clients Forward: Identifying Barriers, explores how to help clients identify and navigate obstacles, uncover unmet needs, and recognize personal triggers that may be keeping them stuck.

Joanne (Jo) Blackerby is an ICF-MCC level coach and an executive coach at CoachDiversity Institute. Jo is also an instructor, mentor coach and coaching supervisor. As the Founder of ClarityCoach.me, she is adept at leading transformational coaching with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and cross-cultural communication.
