Dear Readers,

Happy New Year! As we step into 2025, I want to thank each of you for contributing to an incredible 2024. Together, we celebrated meaningful connections, strengthened our community, and advanced our shared mission to foster a diverse coaching network dedicated to serving others inclusively and equitably.

As I mentioned in December, ICF Minnesota stands as a trusted and inclusive catalyst for growth in the coaching profession. Our values—Service, Connection, Growth, and Inclusion—guide us as we create spaces where coaches thrive, clients benefit, and our community flourishes. These principles are at the heart of everything we do, and they fuel our commitment to continuous improvement.

As we look forward in 2025, ICF Minnesota remains committed to deepening connections, fostering personal and professional growth, and amplifying the impact of coaching across diverse communities.

Whether you are a member, affiliate or someone interested in exploring what coaching has to offer, I invite and encourage you to actively participate in our journey this year.
