Growing Together Into a New Year
By Karla Quinn, President-Elect, ICF Minnesota
As the year winds down, it’s a moment to pause — to celebrate what we’ve accomplished together and to look ahead to what’s possible. Each conversation, event, and connection this year has reinforced what makes ICF Minnesota such a special community of coaches: our shared commitment to growth, connection, and impact.
As we close out 2025 and prepare for the year ahead, I’m honored and excited to serve as your President in 2026. I’m grateful to Victor Thompson and Holly O’Hanlon for their knowledge, guidance, and ongoing support throughout the year — their collaboration and care have strengthened our community and helped set the stage for what’s next.
Looking forward, our vision for ICF Minnesota is simple but powerful: that we continue to be the place where learning and belonging are inseparable. A place that welcomes every coach with open arms — where you feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow, both personally and professionally.
In 2026, we want anyone who walks into ICF Minnesota to experience more than just an association. We want them to feel community. To feel possibility. To feel home.
Thank you for being part of this vibrant network of coaches, learners, and leaders. I can’t wait to see what we’ll create together in the year ahead.
Wishing you a restorative end to 2025 and a joyful start to the new year! |
