Biography
What inspires me most about my work is bringing people "HOME" to reconnect to their greater purpose, passions and strengths and to create clarity for a path forward. With their compass set to their own dial, their own true north, I create a platform for people to complete with events, beliefs, relationships and stories that are in their way to more passionate lives. Harvesting their very own wild wisdom is what I like to call it, and bringing it out in service of themselves, their families, communities, and the world.
I am recognized as an "intuitive guide making magic happen in our sessions!" When we live true to who we already are, we are happier and healthier.
As a global citizen, raised in Taiwan, Kenya, Laos, Pakistan, and Indonesia, I have an ease in connecting with people from all walks of life, removing barriers, and getting quickly to the heart of what matters. My coaching blends several coaching modalities. With a B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota, I went on to receive training from the Coaches Training Institute (now Co-Active Training Institute), am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and in addition, received advanced coach training from BEabove Leadership: Neuroscience, Coaching and Consciousness.
I am an active member of the MN Chapter of ICF where I co-led two ICF Foundation Ignite Initiatives in St. Paul and North Minneapolis (in partnership with the United Nations on their 2030 Sustainable Development Goal on Education). I facilitate Stress Resiliency classes through M Health Fairview and last, I have a love of indigenous wisdom and am co-leader/facilitator of the MN Pachamama Community where we focus on creating a thriving, just world for all.
A thriving, just world starts with every one of us.
