Biography
Julie Berg, M.A, ACC, Principal Consultant at HRD Consulting in St. Paul, MN is a professional workshop leader, credentialed leadership coach and organization development consultant. She has over 30 years experience as an internal and external consultant & coach in industries including healthcare, education, state government, business services, engineering, manufacturing, technology, and non-profits. She is an a contract instructor/coach at Normandale Community College, Winona State University and the University of Minnesota.
As a professional coach, she has experience working with emerging and first-time leaders to positively impact their own productivity, growth and satisfaction and the same for those they lead or will lead. Technical professionals seeking support in their client-facing or team leadership skills also have achieved success with Julie as their coach.
Julie holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation. She has earned advanced certification in Strengths-based development/training/coaching through Gallup-endorsed Strengths Strategy (SSCC). Julie served on the board of the International Coach Federation Minnesota, is an active member of the Association for Talent Development leading the Coaching Special Interest Group, a member of the Minnesota Organization Development Network, Minnesota Change Management Network, and the International Coach Federation.
She is qualified and experienced in administering/interpreting the MBTI (Step I & II), TRACOM Social Styles, Everything DiSC, EQi 2.0/EQi 360 (Emotional Intelligence) and several other 360 assessments. She also uses the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0® assessment to help clients discover and apply their unique combination of strengths. Julie is also certified as an Intentional Leadership Coach.
