I come alongside individuals, groups, and teams to help each one discover and become all they can be.


Hi, I am Greg Ellis — a coach, entrepreneur, teacher, speaker, and pastor passionate about helping people live life to the full. I live in Savage, Minnesota, with my wife, Kari.


I coach leaders who work to make the world a better place, focusing on leaders in the non-profit sector — specializing in pastors and leaders within movements. I have earned degrees from Bethel University and Fuller Theological Seminary, am ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church, and hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation¹ having completed the Coaching Mastery Certificate Program from Creative Results Management² in 2018.


I want to help each leader feel like their well is filled up, they are serving from a place of abundance, and they are excited to go to work every day!
