Biography
Over thirty years of experience in guiding individual leaders, teams, organizations, and communities to rethink what authentic resilience can look, feel and function like, Sandy has emerged a deeper work that transforms environments and leaders from the inside out. Regardless of the industry, professional or personal stressors, clients report sustainable changes in how they approach change, challenges and uncertainty.
Sandy holds a Bachelors in Community Health and Masters in Organizational Leadership. This unique combination creates a wholistic approach to how individual wellbeing influences our ability to lead ourselves and others well. She partners with clients through leadership and personal coaching, professional training and development, speaking, and designing resources that nurture resilience.
Sandy has worked in education as a coach and adjunct professor as well as several healthcare systems including partnering with Mayo Clinic as an engagement consultant designing wellness frameworks for communities and organizations. This work leveraged Sandy’s genuine approach to identifying challenges and emerging solutions using strength-based approaches, such as Appreciative Inquiry, that invite collective impact and sustainable change.
As a GallUp Certified Strengths® Coach, Sandy integrates a coaching-style approach to engage individuals/teams in transforming workplace experiences and organizational cultures one conversation at a time. Currently, Sandy is completing her certification with ICF. She specialty is creating conversations that fuel relevant action through strategic tools designed to expand capacity, clarity and connection in how we lead AND impacting how we go home.
