Victor Thompson

Victor has over 20 years of human resources, change management, diversity, inclusion & belonging, and executive coaching experience focused on helping leaders and teams navigate roadblocks that obstruct their pathways to success. His clients identify him as a big picture thinker who understands his clients’ needs. He builds trusting relationships that allow him to meaningfully challenge others to expand their way of thinking and empower their future.   Victor’s experience ranges from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations and includes time in educational, government, not-for-profit and corporate environments.  He holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and a MBA from Simon Business School in Rochester, NY. He completed doctoral coursework in Organization Development at the University of St. Thomas and holds executive coaching certifications in the Bridges Coaching method, Leader Coach model and Leadership Effectiveness Training (LET) processes. Additionally, Victor is certified to facilitate a variety of assessments and coaching models.

Karla Quinn

ICF Certified Coach Karla Quinn has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience in technology, data analytics, and finance. She blends strategic insight with a compassionate approach to leadership development, fostering high-performing teams and empowering women—especially helpers, peacekeepers, and pleasers—to move from frustration to flourishing in their careers and lives.

Karla’s board experience includes serving on the UST Alumni Engagement board and currently as Secretary on the Board of the Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO). As chair of the CCO Coaching Summit for three years, she enjoyed finding engaging speakers and creating opportunities to bring people into the coaching community.

Trained in Shift+ 360, Inner Team Dialogue, Dare to Lead, and Positive Intelligence, Karla empowers diverse voices. In her downtime, she enjoys nature on walks with her dogs or curling up with a great book.

Holly O’Hanlon, NBC-HWC is a Leadership & Well-being Coach whose passion is helping women take leadership of their work, wellness, and lives through self-reflection and courageous action. After spending 15 years in the corporate marketing space she took a courageous leap and transitioned into leadership and well-being coaching by becoming a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and trained Executive Coach. She now partners with leaders to connect leadership and well-being in order to show up more fully in all facets of their lives.

Craig Petska

Craig Petska is the founder of Petska Coaching & Consulting. Leveraging a coaching mindset, Craig has successfully partnered with individuals, teams, and leaders to help create positive, sustainable change. Craig started his coaching journey working with teams and leaders in a corporate setting. Over time, Craig has found that he has a passion for coaching individuals, helping groups, and supporting the ongoing development of both established and emerging leaders. Craig is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Team Coach (ACTC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Team Coach (CTC) through the Scrum Alliance, and holds a B.A in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Casey McGuire is the founder of Navigate North Coaching in Grand Rapids, MN. She is a Professional Certified Coach (CPC) and ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Certified. With a background spanning across public education, innovation, and leadership, Casey has spent her career helping individuals and teams thrive by finding solutions that bring balance, purpose, and results. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colorado State University and Master of Science Degree in Information Media/Technology Integration from St. Cloud State University.

Jodi Hanson

Jodi Hanson is a leadership coach and founder of Leadership Lift, LLC. She attained her ICF certification through Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Jodi has more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience. Most recently she was an executive coach in Wells Fargo’s internal coaching practice. Jodi has a BA in Speech-Communications from University of Minnesota and an MBA from University of St. Thomas. An active volunteer in her community, she currently serves as membership chair of the St. Anthony Village Kiwanis Club and board member of St. Anthony Boosters Football.

Tim Rethlake

Tim Rethlake is the owner of TRaction Coaching where he combines his extensive business experience with a unique coaching style to help individuals and businesses achieve their highest order goals by focusing on what’s important rather than what’s urgent.

Tim has more than 45 years of experience as a successful front-line sales producer, sales team leader and marketing executive.

Tim is a frequent speaker at construction and building products events. His keynotes and workshops blend humor, storytelling, and actionable ideas that benefit business owners and leaders as well as frontline producers.

Tim currently holds an ACC certification by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as being a certified facilitator for Franklin Covey content.

Tim and his wife, Justine, live in St Paul, MN. where they are currently pressure-testing their 40 year-old marriage by fully remodeling their home which was built in 1935.

Her focus on bringing out the best in people led Betsy to executive coaching. With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, Betsy applies deep personal insight to every coaching engagement. Her clients report meaningful and lasting change.

Stephanie Elliston

Stephanie is a Certified Professional Coach and the owner of The Steady Elevation; pairing with businesses and individuals to elevate their potential. In addition to her coaching, she is a self-awareness speaker, DISC Practitioner, DISC+ Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, and ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Certified. Stephanie uses all the tools with the intention of advancing confidence towards the desired outcomes. She is trained to remove the blocks and influences that prevent people or businesses from reaching their highest elevation.    


Stephanie has spent decades as an Organizational Development Specialist for a variety of organizations. Some of the previous work includes a culture renovation, retaining emotional fatigued employees, and building a career development platform.

Laura Elletson

Laura Elletson has more than 30 years of experience in bringing out the best in people and organizations. Her accomplishments demonstrate resilience, persistence, and innovation in highly regarded financial and professional services firms. Laura gains satisfaction from helping others discover the possibilities and hidden resources within themselves and their teams.

Laura completed the professional coach program with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, achieved certification as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC); earned a Master’s Degree in the Carlson Human Resources and Labor Studies program at the University of Minnesota; and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN, Cum Laude.  She has been a member of the Minneapolis-based Human Resources Executive Forum (HREF), Human Resources Executive Council (HREC) HR Connection Group, and an alumni board member of the Carlson Human Resources and Labor Studies program at the University of Minnesota.

Bethany Kurbis

Bethany Kurbis a Senior Executive Coach and Consultant with The Bailey Group, a boutique consultancy specializing in individual, group, and institutional coaching. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Crown College and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of America. Mukund Rane

Mukund is a seasoned Human Resources professional, committed to enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness. He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mukund embraces change as a driving force in his life. Originally from India, he relocated to the United States in early 2023, seizing the opportunity to explore diverse cultures and pursue his passion for dreaming big, self-challenge, and connecting with people.

Mukund has served on the board of an organization in India, is an active speaker at various HR forums, and enjoys playing badminton, traveling, and reading. He lives by his core personal value of 'being authentic'.

Ivette Herrera

Ivette is a Professional Coach certified as Associate Certified Coach through the ICF, focused on Executive Coaching, and Professional Transitions after relocation. She also has an extensive experience working with refugees in Brazil.

Ivette works as an independent coach, and as a coach contracted by Momentu, an online platform operating in Latin America. Her approach is ontological, awareness-raising and action-oriented.

She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications - Advertising and Public Relations.

Ivette is a professional with a broad vision and knowledge of corporate challenges and human resources development, thanks to her multidisciplinary experience in the areas of: Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, Marketing, and Journalism; after more than 25 years of work experience.

She has lived in Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. These life experiences have given her additional interests in working with people from diverse backgrounds and promoting inclusive behaviors and environments.
